Aurique is a trademarked brand owned by Gemma Geminus Pvt Ltd. This notice covers the Aurique digital salon: our collections, brand story, store directory and personalisation enquiry experience.

What happens when you browse

You can browse without creating an account. The salon does not take payments or ask you to upload files. Its application does not include advertising pixels or analytics tracking scripts. Our hosting and security providers process technical request information, such as your IP address, browser information and requested page, to deliver and protect the website.

Saved inspiration

When you choose to save a jewellery category, its name is stored in this browser on your device. It is not sent to an Aurique account. You can remove individual categories from Saved inspiration or clear them on our cookies and browser storage page. On a shared device, other people using the same browser may see your saved choices.

Personalisation and contact

Your piece, shape and optional notes stay in the page while you complete the enquiry. Choosing “Continue on WhatsApp” passes that text to WhatsApp in a prefilled message link. You can review it and decide whether to send it. Aurique receives the enquiry when you send the message; WhatsApp handles the link and subsequent conversation under its own privacy terms.

If you contact Aurique by WhatsApp, telephone or email, the team receives the information you share, including your contact details and enquiry, to respond and assist with your request. Please avoid including payment card details, passwords or sensitive personal information in enquiry notes.

Other websites

The online store and The Aurique Journal are separate websites. Their own notices and settings apply when you visit them. The salon does not embed WhatsApp or the online checkout.

Your choices and questions

For questions about information shared with Aurique, or to request access, correction or deletion, email info@gemmageminus.com. Describe your request and the contact channel you used; do not email identity documents unless the team asks for a suitable verification method. Any information held by an external service is also subject to that service’s own controls.

Browser-saved inspiration remains until you remove it or clear this site’s browser data. Enquiry records are handled by the team and the communication provider; contact Aurique for information about a particular record and applicable retention requirements.
